◇Dough Divider of Series HDD36 is an ideal kind of wheaten food, pastry processing machinery for the food processing enterprises, western-style cake shops, dining halls of enterprises and schools. It is with the features of stainless steel external construction, fine appearance, stable working process and low noise and high efficiency.
◇Stainless steel outer structure, beautiful and good looking. Divide into 36 pieces of dough every time, high efficiency. Every piece weight 30-100g, a wide scope of application. Convenient to move.
Operation:
◇1. Check the ground protection of the power supply and the machine to ensure the ground connection firm and reliable.
◇2. After connected with power supply, the machine is trying to run in order to ensure it run smoothly. The operation is as below:
a) After connect with power supply, the power indicator is on; rotate the changeover switch in clockwise or in counter-clockwise and press the start button, then the piston-rod runs upright and downwards a journey.
b) When the changeover switch is in medium, the motor will stop running.
◇3. Adjust the contact position of the overtravel-limit switch and the pressure of hydraulic system.
The operation is as below:
a)The overtravel-limit switch, which is fixed on the right upright-column, reaches the control goal through the adjustable plate which is fixed in the right dead plate opening the contact. Put into the empty batch pan. When the batch pan is in contact with the head, that the pressure in the pressure gauge is 8MPa is better. (Before sent out of factory, the position of adjustable plate has been adjusted. The description above is just for reference in repair.)
b)Regulate the overflow valve’s handle on the joint plate in order to adjust the pressure of hydraulic system increase the pressure in clockwise, decrease the pressure in counter-clockwise. Put into the empty batch pan. When the batch pan is in contact with the head, that the pressure in the pressure gauge is 8MPa is better. (Before sent out of factory, the position of adjustable plate has been adjusted. The description above is just for reference in repair.)
◇4. Clean the batch pan, the planum under the head, and tray.
◇5. Put the weighed dough in the middle of batch pan, and place the batch pan between the head and tray; after make the piston-rod reach top-stop operation mentioned, then take off batch pan to complete one dough-dividing operation. (If the dough weight is below 1.5kg, please put the dough out of batch pan’s center.)
◇6. After every working day, please clean the machine and batch pan, then place the batch pan in a clean place.
Maintenance and Service:
◇1. If oil leakage, please exchange the oil-seal of the part in oil leakage.
◇2. If the pressure is insufficient or there is no pressure, please check oil jar and lubro-pump.
◇3. The reversal operation is out of action, please check the electromagnetic valve and changeover switch.
◇4. Do not rinse the machine with water-injection directly.
